Scope and who we are
HR360 (“HR360”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, executive search, RPO, HR consulting, learning and development and related people solutions. This Policy applies to personal information processed through our website and in connection with enquiries, candidate applications, employer requirements, business relationships and service delivery.
For a particular engagement, HR360 may act as an independent data controller/data fiduciary or may process information on behalf of a client, depending on the nature of the service and applicable law.

Where information comes from
We may receive information directly from you; from an employer, prospective employer, referee or authorised representative; from professional networking or recruitment platforms; from publicly available professional sources; from service providers supporting our operations; or from clients where we are delivering recruitment or HR services on their behalf.
How we use personal information
We use personal information only for legitimate, specified purposes, including to respond to enquiries; assess and match candidates to suitable roles; communicate about opportunities; provide recruitment, staffing and HR services; manage client and candidate relationships; verify information where permitted; schedule interviews; administer contracts and business operations; improve our website and services; maintain security and prevent misuse; comply with legal obligations; establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and send service or marketing communications where lawful.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We will not use information for a materially incompatible purpose without an appropriate legal basis, notice or consent where required.
Consent and lawful processing
Our basis for processing depends on the circumstances and applicable law. It may include your consent, steps requested by you before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or legitimate uses/interests recognised by applicable law. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent subject to legal and contractual limitations; withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully completed.
Recruitment, talent pools and employer disclosure
Submitting a resume or application does not guarantee an interview, placement, employment offer or any particular outcome. HR360 may evaluate your profile for the role you applied for and, where permitted, other reasonably relevant opportunities. We may retain candidate information for future opportunities in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.
We may disclose relevant candidate information to a prospective employer/client where necessary for recruitment services and where we have an appropriate basis to do so. Employers receiving candidate information are responsible for their own subsequent processing where they act independently.
International or cross-border processing
Some service providers, clients or technology systems may process or store information outside your state or country. Where cross-border transfer rules apply, we will take steps reasonably required by applicable law, which may include contractual, consent-based or other recognised safeguards.
Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business and recruitment records, to meet contractual requirements, to resolve disputes, or to comply with legal, tax, audit or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type and engagement. When information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it, subject to lawful backup and archival cycles.
Security and data incidents
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or misuse. However, no website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will assess and respond to it and make notifications where required by applicable law.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and verification of your request, you may have rights to request access to or a summary of personal information, correction or updating of inaccurate information, deletion/erasure in eligible circumstances, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal, restriction or objection to certain processing, data portability where applicable, or nomination/authorisation rights recognised by law.
Some requests may be limited where retention or processing is required by law, necessary for legal claims, affects the rights of others, or is otherwise permitted by applicable law. We may request sufficient information to verify identity and prevent unauthorised disclosure.
Children’s information
HR360’s recruitment and business services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through this website except where a lawful service specifically requires it and appropriate consent/authorisation is obtained. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Third-party websites and platforms
Our website may link to third-party websites, job portals, professional networks or services. Their privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators. HR360 is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices, and you should review their notices before providing information.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, services or business practices. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
